Painless Analytics WordPress plugin

If you use WordPress for your website, this plugin makes it super easy to add the Painless Analytics tracking code to your pages. This plugin requires a valid Painless Analytics link code in order to function.

Install the Painless Analytics WordPress Plugin

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add Plugin.
  2. Type in “Painless Analytics” in Search Plugins box.
  3. Find “Painless Analytics” in the search results.
  4. Click Install Now to install the WordPress Plugin.
  5. Click Activate to activate it.

Configure the Plugin

  1. Login to your Painless Analytics account.
  2. Go to Analytics Dashboard and select your website. From the left menu, click Settings.
  3. Within the WordPress section on the page, copy the alpha-numeric “Link Code”.
  4. In your WordPress admin, go to Settings -> Painless Analytics
  5. Enter your Link Code, and click Save Changes. The correct embed code will automatically be inserted in the HEAD section of your pages. It’s that easy!
